Charges for Research and Photocopying
(All fees subject to change without notice)

RESEARCH FEES

For specific inquiries received from congregational clients (other than persons requesting personal baptismal information), to whom the archivist responds, a modest research/service fee of $15 per inquiry will be charged. Depending on length of time needed to respond to the inquiry, an additional fee of $15/hr. will be accessed .

For specific inquiries received from other clients (other than persons requesting personal baptismal information) to whom the archivists responds, a research fee of $25/hr. will be charged, minimum charge of $50 (1 hr. research time plus a one time 1 hr. service fee - preparation of response; up to 6 pgs. copies; and regular, first class postage), payable in advance. Depending on length of time needed to respond to the inquiry, an additional fee of $25/hr. may be accessed.

For speciific inquiries regarding the confirmation of the accuracy of information known to be found in a specific church record book (such as "Can you confirm the baptism of John Doe that appeared in the records of the ABC Lutheran Church, Anytown, Any County, Any State"), a modest fee of $20 per name will be charged.

PHOTOCOPYING

COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS WILL NOT BE COPIED IN TOTO.

Photocopying (over 6 pages)
$0.25/pg. regular; by mail, $0.40/pg.
$0.35/pg. if copied from microfiche/microfilm; by mail, $0.50/pg.

Photograph Reproduction
1 - 5" x 7" reproduction ---- $11.00
1 - 8" x 10" reproduction --- $21.00

If a copy negative has to be made to reproduce a photograph, a fee of $6.00/roll will be charged.

POSTAGE & HANDLING FOR PHOTOGRAPHS

Photographs will be sent out by Priority Mail.

1-5 prints --- $10.00
6-10 prints -- $25.00
10+ prints ---- $25.00/hr.
